Nada grew up in Damascus, Syria. She has a degree in Early Childhood Education and has 12 years of experience teaching young learners. She has taught both English and Arabic in international schools in Syria and Jordan; when she arrived in America six years ago, she taught Quran Hifdh and Tajweed at the Rahmah Foundation. She is the mother of four children, three of whom are in high school, and the youngest is at Al Judiy Academy.
