Zulpha is a mother of three, two boys and one daughter. She began her Islamic studies at the age of 14. She holds a degree in Sharia Studies from Dar ul Aqram’s Muslim Judicial Council in Cape Town, South Africa.She established a children's after school program in her local community which has been running for 20 years. When she relocated to the Bay Area she started two elementary school programs at local mosques. She was part of the Ilm Tree co-op for over nine years, where she taught Quran. Zulpha's passion is to instill the love of the Quran in all of her students' hearts.
